With the airberlin iPhone app, you can book and check in flights while you are out and about, as well as call up information on the latest arrivals and departures. You can save your boarding pass straight onto the app’s homescreen or to Wallet – allowing you to board without having to print out anything. Upcoming and past flights can be accessed and managed through the booking history.
With the topbonus or Comfort Log-in, your details are already saved to the system, making flight booking convenient and fast.

After a slow start (the first airberlin app was a nightmare) this version is well designed intuitive to use and beats Lufthansa app hands down! Well done.

I use several airline apps and AirBerlins app is definitely the most intuitive, easy-to-use, and helpful app.
The checkin process is especially great as everything is handled for you with one click (especially if your a topbonus member). Theres no need to manually fill in any booking #, or personal details. Its really well done.
im japanese, go trip to Germany twice or three times par year. this app is so easy and useful to travel by domestic lines. its essential app to me!
AirBerlin made a good app for checking in - especially compared to some other airlines, their checking in flow and setup is perfecto :)
Intuitive and performant, does everything you would want an airline app to do!
Some bad moments
- boarding (seat) pass not updated in passbook in case of plane change after online check-in (Niki flight),
- after receiving a notification on mobile stating that check-in is availabe, the check-in process does not work after selecting the corresponding flight (Niki flight),
- Status miles total decreased without explanation (on app and internet site).
In addition, Air Berlin does not reply to questions on their site, especially about their Top Bonus program.
Cant login even using topbonus number and password. Fix this problem pls.
Tried to use it for check in. Every time get an error. Tried some ways. Does not work.
Not helping me to enter correct airport name. Date picker ugly and not usefull.
The previous version in english were perfect. In german for me it is useless.
Please make the change.
