The app is little bit complicated and not really good !

Flawless, fast, simple. All I needed from such an App.

Great App! Very easy to use!

- boarding (seat) pass not updated in passbook in case of plane change after online check-in (Niki flight), - after receiving a notification on mobile stating that check-in is availabe, the check-in process does not work after selecting the corresponding flight (Niki flight), - Status miles total decreased without explanation (on app and internet site). In addition, Air Berlin does not reply to questions on their site, especially about their Top Bonus program.

After a slow start (the first airberlin app was a nightmare) this version is well designed intuitive to use and beats Lufthansa app hands down! Well done.

I use several airline apps and AirBerlins app is definitely the most intuitive, easy-to-use, and helpful app. The checkin process is especially great as everything is handled for you with one click (especially if your a topbonus member). Theres no need to manually fill in any booking #, or personal details. Its really well done.

I satisfied about the software, and worked well in my home and the airport. Connection with the passbook was also good. However, theAir Berlins staff at the boarding gate of Bucharest Otopeni shouted me "this is not good!" when I showed the passbook of iphone. I had to explain this was authorized application from the compnay and scolded him why you told such.

im japanese, go trip to Germany twice or three times par year. this app is so easy and useful to travel by domestic lines. its essential app to me!

Cant login even using topbonus number and password. Fix this problem pls.
