Ive tried a lot of the major airline apps (delta, U.S., Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian etc) and this is the best! Online Check-in was CRAZY easy and so quick. It really couldnt be better

I was extremely frustrated by your website as I could not complete the task of changing my seat. The site certainly implies that it is possible, but no matter what I try, I cannot do it. So I downloaded this app hoping that I would be able to do it here. Unfortunately, I couldnt even log in! I was using the account that I am successfully using on the website. Airberlin, your digital products are extremely deficient and frustrating. I hope this poor effort is not representative of airplane maintenance or the other important parts of your business. If it is, I am terrified.

With the latest version it is now impossible even to check actual flight times. Air Berlin should fire their IT company and create a new app on the Delta model.

I wish every airline had this.

This is the most useless airline app Ive seen yet. The flight status link shows only original scheduled departure/arrival. Theres no actual status info, no delay info, no gate info, no baggage reclaim info, etc. The more I travel Air Berlin the more I like LH.

The app is functional and works fine. I think they could include more connectivity with the Top Bonus program like adding a virtual card or even being able to download it to Passbook like other airlines allow.

There is always room for improvement but this App works great. Not sure the other airlines have an equivalent app that works that well. I checked in at the airport within 5min and could even change my seat. Awesome!!! Thats all I want from an airline app!!

"Route does not permit mobile check-in"? Ok, but why cant I add my trip to the app so I can see all my flights?

The worst App of any airline and the reason NOT to fly AirBerlin

...seems to have trouble doing check in for TopBonus members. When I sign in and see my reservations, I often cant check in or get a mobile boarding pass. But when j find the reservation using the record locator, it works perfectly.
